Safari for the Soul offers four modern chic Indonesian inspired riverfront AC/heated luxury safari tents all fit with plush king beds, all the creature comforts, private partially open bathrooms along with plenty of outdoor activities like kayaking along the Colorado river, hiking on multiple nearby trails and being directly next door to Shaffer Bend park, ATV rentals at Hidden Falls, or just hot tubbing under the stars.
We offer one of the only truly private adult only and pet friendly elevated glamping experiences on a river….you are on over 6-acres at both properties in Spicewood and Marble Falls, TX. and will NEVER share your bathroom, hot tub, or fire pit with other couples.

Scott and Denise Newman live in Spicewood, TX, have two teenage boys and one ball obsessive dog, Spike. Our first love and passion is definitely travel, adventure, and meeting new people!
Married for over 19 yrs., we understand the importance of couples needing to slow down, escape the rut, and make the time to relax and reconnect with each other.
Scott & Denise have always had a passion for travel and love staycations. Together they shared this vision to create a Hill Country Glamping experience with beautiful water views surrounded by nature where couples and friends would be inspired to Reconnect, Reset, and Relax.
They spent years dreaming and planning a space where other couples could reconnect and rejuvenate. We decided to bring our Bali and Tulum inspired visions to Texas.
Our goal is to provide a unique, private, and unforgettable experience for our guests.
